Clarisa is a PhD student at Università di Roma “Tor Vergata” (Italy) and at Universidad Autónoma de Madrid (Spain), Honorary Fellow (Cultore della materia) and Visiting Lecturer in Commercial Law and Insolvency Law. She received an LL.M in International Business Law from the Università di Roma “La Sapienza” (Italy) and she was the recipient of several scholarships during her studies. She has been admitted to the Bar in Rome. Clarisa’s research interests focus on cross-border and comparative insolvency law and banking insolvency law.
