Francesco is an associate Professor for Commercial Law at the Law Faculty at the Università degli Studi di Firenze since 2010. He received his Ph.D. from the Università degli Studi di Brescia (1999). Francesco also practices law with Studio Legale Tombari D’Angelo e Associati, located in Florence and Milan. His research focuses on commercial law, banking law and regulation, and financial markets. He has published numerous articles on these topics.
