Wolfgang Zenker

Wolfgang Zenker

Wolfgang is a research assistant at the Law School of Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin (Germany) and has been working with Christoph G. Paulus in different capacities since 1997. He completed his legal training in Berlin in 2001 and was a lecturer for insolvency law at Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin as well as a lecturer for private, commercial and company law at SRH Fernhochschule Riedlingen (Germany). His international teaching experience includes classes at Univerzita Karlova v Praze (Prague, Czech Republic), Uniwersytet w Białymstoku (Białystok, Poland), Eötvös Loránd Tudományegyetem (Budapest, Hungary), Uniwersytet Wrocławski (Wrocław, Poland) and King’s College of London (England). His primary research interests are German and European insolvency law, including the law and practice of restructuring, the law of enforcement and debt recovery, commercial and company/corporate law. Wolfgang has published over 100 journal articles, book contributions, commentaries, didactic case studies, case notes, book reviews, conference reports and similar contributions.
